Nasi Goreng with Sausages
Nasi Goreng with Sausages
Packed with sausages, colorful vegetables, and a sweet and spicy chilli sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup sliced sausage
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon JAGUNG BRAND chilli sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions or cilantro, for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables and sausage.
Season the rice with soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir well to evenly distribute the seasonings.
Cook the rice for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is heated through and slightly crispy.
Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro if desired, and serve hot.
