Long Bread Rolls Filled with Savory Sausages
Quick and easy to make, this dish is perfect for a tasty lunch or dinner

INGREDIENTS
- 4 long bread rolls
- 4 sausages, sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 cup JAGUNG BRAND mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons JAGUNG BRAND chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Slice the long bread rolls lengthwise, but not all the way through. Open the rolls and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, chilli sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced sausages to the pan and cook until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes.
Spread the mayo chilli sauce onto the inside of the long bread rolls.
Place the cooked sausage slices into the rolls, then close them.
Wrap the long bread rolls in foil and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the sausage is heated through.
Remove from the oven, unwrap the foil, and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
Serve the long bread with sausage and mayo chilli sauce hot and enjoy!
