Classic Chicken Stir-Fry
Delicious and easy-to-make stir-fry dish with tender chicken pieces, colorful vegetables, and a sweet and spicy chili sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons JAGUNG BRAND chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and add the chicken pieces. Stir to coat the chicken and set aside for 10 minutes.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the onion, red bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet and stir-fry until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the chilli sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce is heated through and the chicken is coated.
- Serve the chicken stir-fry over cooked rice. Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro if desired.
